That's a Wrap!!

Disclaimer: I received an Orange Mud Transition Wrap 2.0 to review as part of being a BibRave Pro. Learn more about becoming a BibRave Pro (ambassador), and check out BibRave.com to review, find, and write race reviews!

Man, I wish I had this Orange Mud Transition Wrap sooner!! I always struggle at races with whether to change or not after the race.

Most of the races I do are relatively close to home. I try to only travel to races a couple of times a year. This helps keep the cost of my crazy hobby down, lol!

We almost always plan to grab pizza after a race and my options are:
1- Stay in what I have one from the race, often sweaty and smelly...
2- Change in the port-a-john... Not happening...
3- Change in the parking lot... Also not happening...

My girlfriends and I recently did a photoshoot weekend for a running apparel company and needed to change running skirts on the top of a mountain. Naturally, there aren't port-a-johns or parking lots at the top of the mountain. I had been seeing the Orange Mud Transition Wrap advertised and so I thought to grab a towel to wrap around us as we changed that day on top of the mountain. It was frayed and short but kept us somewhat covered as we changed skirts.

When I had the opportunity to test out the Orange Mud Transition Wrap 2.0, I immediately signed up!!

I opted for the black one.... I'm so basic, lol! I should have picked a pretty color, but I figured black would hide the mud, sweat, blood, and tears best ha! #trailrunnerprobs

This wrap is much longer than a traditional towel, it is more beach towel size, so it covers very well. It is also super soft and absorbing! Think Microfiber.

The wrap works exceptionally well as a towel to wipe off with after your run. It absorbs sweat and wipes off mud easily! I have found myself especially grateful to have this in the car after a rain run!

The wrap has a feature that allows you to zip up a hood that slips over your headrest, and then the wrap completely covers your car seats, making your ride home 100% more comfortable.

The latching feature makes it fully adjustable, and once latch, you can change out of whatever article you need to wherever and in a flash! Pun intended!!

I am so glad I opted in for the Orange Mud Transition Wrap 2.0. This has quickly become a runner must-have for me and a staple for all of my runs!! I keep it in the car all the time and throw it in the wash when needed!!

Will run for choclate!

Who's with me??

*Disclaimer: I received free entry to the Charlotte Hot Chocolate 15K race as part of being a BibRave Pro. Learn more about becoming a BibRave Pro (ambassador), and check out BibRave.com to review find and write race reviews!

I know you know this already but love the Hot Chocolate races. It seems each year there is always some story, and that is to be expected when the race is in mid-winter, and you just never know what kind of weather you may encounter.

I love gathering up a group of friends and planning to meet up at a race! It makes going to the event that much more exciting. Last year was the first year I ran the Hot Chocolate Race as a BibRave Pro, and so in addition to my running friends going, I had the opportunity to meet up with other BibRave Pro's who I only previously knew through social media!

I am super excited now to be coming back to one of my all-time favorite races!! The 15K race is one of my favorite distances. It is just far enough to feel like a challenge, but not so far that you feel completely empty at the finish! Plus at the Hot Chocolate, there is no shortage of yummy fuel at all the aid stations!!

It's even better with all your friends!!

Come on and join me in Charlotte on 2/22/20!! I hope to see you there!! #HCCharBR #BibChat #willrunforchocolate #bibravepro
